Questions
- Who counts as an active adult?
- Anyone aged 18 or over on your records who isn’t archived. Children, visitors you’ve archived and people who’ve left don’t count. We never archive people to keep you on a smaller plan.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- Choose a plan to carry on. If you don’t, the account becomes read-only: you can still see and download everything, and nothing is deleted for 60 days.
- What if we grow?
- Your plan follows the number of active adults on your billing date. We’ll email you 10 days before your next bill if you’re moving to the next size up.
- Can we leave?
- Yes, whenever you like. There’s no contract. You can download all your data at any time, including after you’ve cancelled. 60 days after your account ends we delete your data and confirm it by email.
- What if a payment fails?
- Everything keeps working for 14 days while you sort it out.
- Do the prices include VAT?
- Yes. Every price includes VAT at 20%, so what you see is what leaves your bank. Each monthly invoice shows the VAT, and if your church is VAT-registered you can add your VAT number when you subscribe.
- Where is our data kept?
- Your church’s records are stored in the UK, in London. Emails are sent through Amazon in the EU. Read how we look after it on our security page. Security
