The church directory
An opt-in list of members, seen only by other members.
Who can do this: Administrators turn it on. Members choose whether to be listed.
Turn it on in Settings → Member portal by ticking Church directory. Members then see a Directory page in the member area.
Nobody is listed unless they choose to be. Each member decides which details to show, such as their email or phone number. Children are only listed by name, and only if a parent chooses.
On anyone’s record you can mark an email address or mobile number as private, so it’s never shown in the directory. Sharing details outside the church needs people’s agreement: see GDPR for churches.
