The member area

Your member area is at the address shown in People → Member portal. Members sign in with the email address on their record; we email them a link each time, so there’s no password.

They can update their contact details and address, choose whether to get news and appeals, see their giving and download a statement, make a Gift Aid declaration, see their groups, and download their data. Group leaders can take registers there too.

If someone’s email address isn’t on their record (or two people share it), they ask for access and you approve them.
