Membership Software for Small Churches
When one or two volunteers run everything, the software has to be simple. Every feature, for up to 75 adults, from £12 a month including VAT.
- £12 a month, every feature
- Children don’t count
- No contract
Made for volunteers with an evening a week
- Simple screens
- Large text, clear buttons and plain English, with a step-by-step guide for every job.
- One place for everything
- People, giving, Gift Aid, rotas and email together, instead of three spreadsheets and a notebook.
- A fair price
- Only active adults count, so children and people who’ve left don’t push up your plan. Up to 75 adults is £12 a month.
- Help when you need it
- Step-by-step guides with screenshots for every part of the software, written for volunteers.
The Sunday collection in minutes
Enter the envelopes and the plate, and the software keeps the totals, the funds and the Gift Aid straight. Loose cash counts towards the Small Donations Scheme.

Gift Aid worth claiming
Even a small church can claim a useful amount. The Small Donations Scheme alone can add up to £2,000 a year from the plate. To get it all, you also need to claim Gift Aid on £800 of other gifts.
Try our Gift Aid calculator to see what your church could claim.

What it doesn’t do
It isn’t free. If your church has only a handful of people and no Gift Aid, a simple spreadsheet may be all you need.
Questions churches ask
- Who counts as an active adult?
- Anyone aged 18 or over on your records who isn’t archived. Children, archived visitors and people who’ve left don’t count.
- Does a small church need an independent examination?
- In England and Wales, for financial years ending on or after 30 September 2026, independent examination is needed when income is over £40,000.
- Is there a contract?
- No. You pay monthly and can cancel at any time, and you can download all your data whenever you like.
