Membership Software for United Reformed Churches
Keep your members, pastoral care and giving in one place your elders, treasurer and church secretary can share.
- Members and elders
- Gift Aid on HMRC’s spreadsheet
- From £12 a month
Built around the elders’ meeting and the church meeting
- The roll of members
- The elders’ meeting keeps the roll and the Church Meeting admits members. Keep it here alongside adherents and children, and check it person by person with the roll review.
- Elders’ pastoral care
- Give each elder a group of people to care for, with private notes only the right people can read.
- Treasurer and secretary
- Each officer gets their own sign-in, seeing only what their role needs.
- Safeguarding
- Record DBS checks without keeping certificates, where only your Church Safeguarding Coordinator and named leads can see them.
Elders’ districts made simple
Make a group for each elder’s district. Elders see their own people, and notes can be kept private to the people who need them.

Giving and Gift Aid
Record envelopes, standing orders and plate cash, then make your Gift Aid claim on HMRC’s own spreadsheet, with the Small Donations Scheme top-up included.

What it doesn’t do
It doesn’t fill in your Annual Church Return, though it helps with the membership and attendance figures.
It doesn’t carry out DBS checks, which go through the URC’s provider. You record the outcome here.
Questions churches ask
- Does our church need to register as a charity?
- In England and Wales, not if its income is £100,000 or less, until 31 March 2031. Churches in the Synod of Scotland register with OSCR.
- Can elders only see their own district?
- Group leaders only see their own groups. Elders who need to see everyone can be given a wider role.
