Built for the parish office

Families and parishioners
Keep households together, with children, key dates such as First Holy Communion, and contact details in one place.
Ministries and rotas
Plan readers, extraordinary ministers, welcomers and flowers, with reminders sent before each turn.
Groups
Run sacramental preparation, youth and prayer groups with their own registers and members.
Your diocese
Many dioceses look after Gift Aid and some records centrally. Talk to your diocese first, and use this for the parish’s day-to-day work.

Rotas for every Mass

Set up a rota for each Mass, with the roles you need. Volunteers get a reminder, can mark the weeks they’re away and reply from their phone.

The Sunday morning rota with welcome and coffee jobs for each week. A tick shows a volunteer has confirmed, a cross shows one can’t make it, and one name is marked away.

Families in one place

Each household shows who lives there, their ages and how to reach them. Key dates, such as baptisms and First Holy Communion, sit on each record.

The Begum household page, listing four people with their role and age, a star for the main contact and buttons to move someone or change the main contact.

Groups with their own registers

Leaders can take a register for each session, so you know who came to sacramental preparation or the youth group, and who you haven’t seen.

The register for the Tuesday Bible study, with a box to tick for each of the nine members and buttons to tick all or clear.

What it doesn’t do

In many dioceses, parishes are part of the diocesan trust and the diocese claims Gift Aid for them. If yours does, don’t claim from HMRC yourself. Prepare the claim here and download a list of every gift to send the diocese.

In most dioceses, the diocese is responsible for parish records under data protection law, and some ask parishes to use a diocesan database. Check with your diocese before you move your records.

It doesn’t carry out DBS checks. Your Parish Safeguarding Representative sends those through the diocese, and you can record the result here. In Scotland, your Parish Safeguarding Coordinator handles PVG instead.

It doesn’t replace the parish’s sacramental registers, which stay in their official books.

Questions churches ask

Can our parish claim Gift Aid with it?
If your parish claims itself, yes. If the diocese claims for you, prepare the claim here and send the diocese a list of every gift, with each giver’s declaration date.
Is our parish its own charity?
Usually not. In many dioceses, parishes are part of the diocesan trust, which is the registered charity. Your diocese can tell you how yours works.
Our priest looks after several parishes. Can one login open them all?
Yes. Each parish keeps its own account and records, and one login can move between them in a click.
Can we plan rotas for several Masses?
Yes. Make a rota for each Mass, each with its own roles, such as readers, ministers and welcomers.
