Membership Software for Church of England Parishes

Keep your parish’s people, giving and Gift Aid in one place your churchwardens, treasurer and parish office can all use. Records stay in the UK.

  • Built for UK parishes
  • Gift Aid on HMRC’s spreadsheet
  • From £12 a month

Built around the PCC and the parish

The PCC and its officers
Give your treasurer, churchwardens and parish administrator their own sign-in, each seeing only what their role needs.
The electoral roll
Mark who’s on the roll with a tag. When it’s revised before the APCM, print a names-only copy to put on show, as the rules require.
Service attendance
Record numbers at each service, so the figures for your annual Statistics for Mission return are ready when you need them.
Baptisms, confirmations and more
Note key dates on each person’s record, alongside the official registers your parish keeps.

Sunday collections in minutes

Count the plate, enter the envelopes and bring in standing orders from your bank statement. Each gift goes to the right fund and the right giver.

Loose cash is marked for the Small Donations Scheme, so the top-up isn’t missed.

A Sunday collection batch with 6 gifts, each with the giver, envelope number, fund, method and amount. A totals box shows £159.29, split into envelopes and cash.

Gift Aid claims your treasurer can check

Claims are laid out on HMRC’s own spreadsheet, ready to upload to Charities Online. Gifts that can’t be claimed are flagged with the reason.

If your parish uses the Parish Giving Scheme, the scheme claims the Gift Aid on gifts made through it. Record those gifts as giving, but leave them out of your own claims.

A finished Gift Aid claim with 22 lines, each showing the giver’s name, house number, postcode, date and amount. Links download HMRC’s spreadsheet, a LibreOffice version or a CSV file. The amounts box shows £2,972.19 expected and received.

Know who you haven’t seen

Registers for services and groups show who came. Each Monday, a short email can list regulars who haven’t been seen for a few weeks, so the pastoral team can get in touch.

The Not seen recently page for 2 weeks, listing regulars with the date they were last seen, how many weeks they came in the six months before and their contact details.

What it doesn’t do

It doesn’t replace your parish’s official registers of baptisms, confirmations, marriages and burials, or the register book of services. Those stay in their official form.

It doesn’t submit Statistics for Mission or parish returns for you. It helps you gather the figures to enter yourself.

Each parish has its own account, because each PCC is its own charity with its own Gift Aid claims. One login can open them all.

Questions churches ask

Can we use it if we’re part of a benefice?
Yes. Each parish has its own account, because each PCC is a separate charity with its own Gift Aid claims. One login can open them all, and you switch between them in a click.
Our parish has more than one church building. Does that matter?
Add each building in Gift Aid settings, at no extra cost. Each one can count for up to £8,000 of Small Donations Scheme gifts collected there.
Does it work with the Parish Giving Scheme?
Yes. Record scheme gifts as giving, but leave them out of your own Gift Aid claims, because the scheme claims on them. They don’t count towards your Small Donations Scheme top-up either.
Does our PCC need to register as a charity?
Not if its income is £100,000 or less. Church of England parishes are excepted from registering until 31 March 2031, but they’re still charities and need HMRC recognition to claim Gift Aid.
