Built for busy, growing churches

Ministries and departments
Run each ministry as a group, with its own members, leaders, registers and email.
Workers and volunteers
Plan rotas for ushers, media, children’s work and more, with reminders sent before each turn.
Giving and tithes
Record regular giving against each giver and fund, and send yearly giving statements by email.
Your charity
Assemblies of God churches are usually their own charities. Elim churches are branches of one national charity. Check who claims Gift Aid before you start.

Every ministry organised

Each ministry gets its own group, register and email list. Leaders see their own people, and you see the whole church.

The Tuesday Bible study group page, listing nine members with their contact details and how many of the last 12 meetings each came to, beside a list of recent meetings.

Giving statements in one click

Send every giver their statement for the tax year by email, or print them. Members can also see their giving in the member area.

Newcomers followed up

Record first-time visitors, follow them up and see who becomes a regular. Data protection checks flag anyone you’re holding too much about.

What it doesn’t do

If your church is part of a wider charity, that charity may claim Gift Aid for you. Elim churches, for example, send claims through Elim rather than to HMRC. In that case, prepare the claim here and download a list of every gift to send them.

It doesn’t carry out DBS checks or replace your movement’s own way of reporting safeguarding concerns. It keeps a record of checks alongside them.

Questions churches ask

Does our church need to register as a charity?
Most Pentecostal churches aren’t on the excepted list. In England and Wales, a church must register once its income reaches £5,000, unless it’s part of a larger charity.
Can we record tithes?
Yes. Tithes and offerings are recorded as gifts, against each giver and fund. Gift Aid can be claimed on them if the giver has made a declaration.
