A few days before their date, each volunteer gets an email with two buttons: “Yes, I can do it” and “I can’t make it”. You choose how many days before.
If someone can’t make it, your church office hears straight away and the rota shows a cross by their name.
See who’s away before you ask
Volunteers add the dates they’re away in their member area. Anyone away is marked on the rota, so you can pick someone else first time.
They can also see all their upcoming dates in one place.
A rota for the notice board
Print a clean copy of any rota for the church notice board or the pew sheet. People without an email address are marked on screen, so you can remind them another way.
