They can ask for access. You’ll see their request and decide whether to let them in, and which record is theirs.

Members keep their own details right

Members update their phone numbers and address themselves, so your records stay right without the chasing. Changes to their name or email go to the church office.

Your church can turn off detail changes if you’d rather check them first.

Giving and Gift Aid in their pocket

Members see what they’ve given each tax year and download their own statement. They can make a Gift Aid declaration in a minute, worded the way HMRC asks.

Every declaration made here goes straight into your Gift Aid claims.

They choose what they hear about

Members turn news and appeals on or off themselves, and their choice is recorded with the date. They can download their data or ask for it to be deleted too.

You stay in control

If someone signs in with an email address you don’t have, they ask for access and you decide. Requests, such as adding a new baby to a household, come to you to approve.
