Church Attendance Software for Services and Groups
Record headcounts at services and names at groups. Each Monday you can get a list of regulars nobody’s seen for a while, so no one slips away unnoticed.
- Headcounts in seconds
- Registers by name
- A Monday “not seen” list

A Sunday headcount in seconds
Enter adults, children and visitors for each service. Mark a service that didn’t happen, so your averages stay right.

Registers by name for groups
Tick who came to a home group, youth group or class. Leaders can take the register from a link in an email, without signing in.
If a group met but nobody took a register, its leader gets a reminder the next morning.

Notice who you haven’t seen
See regulars who haven’t been recorded at a service or group for 2, 4, 6 or 8 weeks. Staff can choose to get the list by email every Monday, with the week’s birthdays.

Groups with their own leaders
Keep home groups, teams and committees with their members and meeting times. See how often each person came over the last 12 meetings.
Group leaders only see their own groups, and can email them from the app.

Also included
- Weekly attendance chart across all your services
- Visitors counted in the headcount
- Group types, such as home groups, teams and committees

Questions churches ask
- Do we have to record everyone by name?
- No. Services can use a simple headcount. The “not seen recently” list only works for people recorded by name, at groups or at services that keep a register.
- Can group leaders take their own registers?
- Yes. They can use a link in an email, the member area or their own login, and they only see their own groups.
- Who gets the Monday email?
- Staff and administrators who turn it on. It lists regulars not seen recently and the week’s birthdays.
